BBQ Pizza maker

Our BBQ Pizza maker compliments an existing kettle barbecue that has been on the market for the past 40 plus years. The existing kettle BBQs designs  are called backyard ovens. They have throughout their history not be adequate enough to cook pizza because they do not allow heat to be built up (toward the upper ½ of the kettle) and thus proper cooking (baking) of a pizza does not occur quickly enough. A pizza consequently is not as tasty and the bread is not moist but brittle. The lack of buildup of heat occurs when the top of the kettle or oven is removed to inspect the items to see if it is adequately cooked.  The BBQ Pizza maker traps the heat at the buildup point at the top of the kettle. Our design allows for the heat to continue to remain and build in the barbecue and not dissipate. Inspection of the cooking meat or pizza is now very simple because the meat has swung away from the body of the barbecue. As with any barbecue the heat generated from the barbecue is very dangerous. With our new design the heat remain in the main body (structure) of the barbecue grill and therefore the heat will not rise up into one’s face. It is a much safer system of cooking. With our system of cooking the temperature retains a near constant and is a lot safer.
